skunk2 pro series coilovers
are they supposed to come with top hats? and for the back struts do i use shims to fit them on the lcas? i got a 96 civic hatch

When and where did you buy them from?
Authorized Dealers sell them w/ but some of the other dealers that sell stuff "Cheap" they seperate them and sell them.
