Default Skunk2 Exhaust 92-95 Hatch

I purchase a Skunk2 Exhaust of ebay. Part # 413-xx-1995. The seller says on the auction that its a 2.5" piping. I recieved it yesterday and what I got was a 2.25" piping. Did Skunk2 ever make one in 2.5" besides there 70mm turbo version?

Thanks

I've done that but it doesn't say. The site says

"Each Mega Power exhaust is precision CNC mandrel bent using application specific tubing sized for maximum performance and is finished off with a straight through low-restriction racing muffler for uninterrupted flow. "

No sizes what so ever except for the R version which is 70mm.

Anyone else?

Most aftermarket exhausts for hondas are 60mm, which is about 2.3" OD, which is right around 2.25" ID. If you wanted a true 2.5" ID exhaust there's only a few company's out there, and they're not cheap with the exception of maybe Kteller.

Im fairly certain you porbably got a 60mm because sk2 doesn't make a true 2.5" system

Dont worry about it...I'm rinning Skunk2 on my setup and couldnt be happier. Is your header a 2.5 in? If not then dont even sweat it. It wont hurt anything performance wise.

I'll have to get rid of this one. I've a 2.5 header and test pipe to install and currently have a 60mm exhaust on the car. I'll be needing something large to let the SC breath better since dyno numbers are pretty disappointing.
