no Fitv will just stop your car from warming up faster. alot of people take it off their stock TB's and block off the ports. i guess skunk2 figured they didn't need the extra holes for it.
oh yea and just loop the coolant lines or block them off.

As Anon51 pointed out, loop the coolant lines. Buy a long section and replace the two shorter sections that attach to the FITV.
Funny detail though: On the Honda OBDII throttle body, there are hose fittings to attach coolant lines on the bottom of the throttle body where the FITV used to be. The two fittings are directly connected to each other and simply pass coolant through

Not in California it wont. If you were somewhere that get's extremely cold, you might have to stay on the gas for a minute with a cold start. But once it warms up you would be fine. But we all know that Cali doesn't get that cold on it's coldest day.

thanks ugys. it's on. i had a hard time finding a gasket for it. but i bought a new one chopped it up to fill in blanks on the one that was on the car already, and wallah.
now why does it not shut all the way some times. it'll stay at like 4k till i throttle it and release fast.
if i release slowly it wont shut all the way?
