Skunk2?
Correct me if I am wrong but isn't a skunk intake manifold the same as a type R? The type R wont fit a GSR head so that's the only reason to buy the skunk is if you have a GSR head right? The type R one is cheaper so why do people keep saying buy a skunk one?

Re: Skunk2? (Spoon Hybrid)
yeah it is exactly as you described it, it is a replica of the itr manifold that fits on a gsr head.
edit: as stupid as it soounds ive seen some people list a skunk manifold as "mods" theyve done to a b18c5.

Re: Skunk2? (sivik2nr)
I think he's asking why people with B16 heads pay the extra money to get the Skunk2 IM when the ITR IM is the same, but cheaper.

Re: Skunk2? (13HYBRID20)
there is an advantage the number 4 runner is modified or so the instructions say. I have a Skunk 2 manifold on my b16 and it just looked to be more ported out then normal, although i may be wrong.
