This would really be a good topic to search. This type of job is best done with a little experience to deal with whatever inevitable challenges arise - plug and play does not apply here.
An intake and TB is not too tough, but if you are not comfortable doing it, pay a reputable shop for the install. Are you doing anything else? You've given little to go on.

its easy, but not worth unless your running turbo. if you research there are multiple threads on this topic and a little common sense will go far.

Disconnect fuel line from the rail, unhook wires remove IM. Do the opposite to reinstall. Prime fuel pump, start. Fond forget to buy the itr throttle cable bracket

You will lose your whole bottom end torque.
I had a 62mm BBK TB and a Skunk 2 mani on a y8.
Took it off and went back to stock.
