Single Cam Gear Wobbly?

Single Cam Gear Wobbly?
Im running without my timming cover and i noticed the bolt for the OEM honda cam gear is slighty off center so it appears to wobble. Should this be Centered with the cam gear, or is this normal?

It's probably the washer that is making it appear wobbly. I don't think the gear should wobble...I could be wrong...but my gear doesn't wobble...
I just wanted to say wobble a couple more times...wobble.
