Default Simple question for you northern peoples-EM1 related

I have a couple of question for you guys upstate. Iam from florida and am planning to buy a EBP SI this coming week. The car has been garage kept supposively by the last owner and current owner. it is in JERSEY and i have seen pictures from different angles even under the car and i dont see any rust except some little bolts in the engine bay look rusty and the power steering bracket looks a bit rusty-ish but nothing under the car looks rusty. Now my question is once i drive it down to florida will some of the rust start showing up? any spots i should look at specifically? iam getting it for an Ok price, its about KBB price and its bone stock except good suspension mods with 76k miles and its the cleanest one ive found. ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

the rust will probably continue to grow somewhat, i always call it cancer, once it starts you cant stop it.. obviously it wont be as bad as if it were up north the entire time.. but its not going to go away

as long as there are no visible bubbles or broken paint near the tires or along the bottoms of the doors/rockers you are gravy dude.
