simple question about code P0135

simple question about code P0135
I checked and it said it was was the o2 sensor but my question is which sensor is it, The one that is on the exhaust manifold, or the one which is under the car near the catalytic converter.

One on the exhaust manifold. If you have a voltmeter you can check the resistance of the two black wires on the sensor. If it reads open resistance than you have a bad sensor. But it would also help to list your year, make, model and engine.
