There is a special tool used on rear calipers. Try renting them from Autozone and try that first before jumping to conclusions. Afterall, it's free!

I hate rebuilding calipers, get an air gun, and push the piston out, smooth all the crap off of it with some steel wool, and the inside where it sits, get a dust boot kit, and the piston seals, and rebuild them, it's a pain in the ***, but worth it for like new brakes.

yes there is a tool. it pushes the piston in and twists at the same time. you should be able to rent one at most large chain parts stores.

Like these guys said. The tool that is being refered to looks like a little cube block with dimples out in different ways per side. I have one I can take a pic if you need a reference screw driver works just fine as well. I got mine from the snap on truck for 5 bucks just to make it a tad quicker.

you should be able to twist while pushing it in. It won't move if you'rejust pushing it in. You may try taking the cap off your brake resivour if it won't go in. I was able to twist and push mine back in with my thumbs, so it shouldn't be too hard.
