Well, I have a 92 VX hatch that came with 4 wheel disc conversion, which I was told had JDM Si-R front brakes and GS-R rear. Now, the rotors are warped in the front and I am looking to get them replaced, but I need to know what rotors I should order. Are JDM Si-R fronts the same as US GS-R? And is there a way to tell what brakes I have for both front and rear? Sorry, kinda uneducated on brakes. Any help is appreciated

CAN Si-R = USDM SI

As far as brake rotors go :

USDM SI = USDM EX = USDM GSR

All use the same front rotors. If in doubt, you can measure the rotor. It should be 10.4". If not, then you have been hoodwinked... bamboozled... etc...

where on the rotor do I measure from? Is 10.4" the diameter? Or just the length from the hub to the outer edge of the rotor, ie the surface of the rotor that the pad contacts?

Ok, I'll check them to see when I get a chance, thanks. Anyone else have knowledge on Si-R brakes? Or whether or not it matters if I buy rotors for a GS-R if they are Si-R, it should be compatible right?
