Should i trade my EG for a 00 Civic SI????
Should i trade my clean title eg with 82k miles on chassis and 55k on the 1998 jdm b16, for a salvage title 00 civic si?its been hit in the front right but everything fixed. i figure since i wont get anything closes to what i paid for my car i should trade for the si and sell the si later for about 6500-7k bucks. let me know guys, only reason im thinking about this is because since i was 16, way back in the days, lol, ive wanted a civic si, i just love the way they look with the factory accesories. heres a quick pic of my car.

Keep in mind that you will not get 6.5k for a salvage car. Keep your, I wish my red hatch looked so beautiful.

thanks for the compliments guys. YA i really like my car cause its cheap on insurance 
. I plan on doing a gsr swap and making it carb legal this summer when i got the time and patience, but i love si's ONly thing i hate is the noise of the hatchback. the rear makes noise i think its from the hatch when i back up off the drive way,lol but ya i dont know, i guess ill have to think long and hard about it. i just want a/c and a smooth ride, im a picky little B*tch.

put down the crack pipe & keep the EG ! 
you wont get that much for a SALVAGED car... and its harder to get full coverage for it. Not to mention no recalled items or the seat belts can be fixed/replaced for free by the dealer-any saftey item by federal law dealer must have lifetime free warranty on. I found out when i went to get my seatbelt adjusted on a salvaged hatch. plus its way lighter than a '00.

dawg.. you have a very nice treasure.. an EG with low mileage.. and a b16 swap that has more power than a USDM b16.
keep the car.
i know i know '96-'00 civics look a lot nicer and sharper (IMO).. but damn mayn.. you have a nice lil car. I say keep working on the EG and save the leftover money for emergencies (leftover money comes from when you're done modding the EG)..
it's a hassle starting a new project you know.
and props to yo ride.

man i knew u guys would convince me to keep the HATCHY. Since i got this thread going does anyone got pics of a red hatch with white kosei k1's?? ive been thinking about getting them, and if no one has pics then thats great cause that means not many have the setup anyways if someone has time and would be willing to photoshop the white kosei's i would greatly appreciate it.
