I know this is an EG forum but i want a EG owner's prospective on this....

I have a pretty nice DA and want something new....this EG owner (seems nice and honest) really wants my ride and his deal is very tempting....don't know too too much about EG's but like them enough to want one...

the deal is my car minus my M7's and Pioneer 940
for his car+OEM PARTS+cash(not at liberty to say)
+he has to smog my car as well as his....

He has a GS-R dash and door panels w/ f and r seats....seats are okay, dont like the dash and door panels...too too much either but the only thing is the door panels have a hard time with rolling up the windows....they roll up but hard to do so...he has all the OEM si parts for the interior, is it hard to change over? is it a headache? anyway, here's what he has....

If this is the same Si that was on craigslist a few weeks back,id say go for it.You want something new and that car seems to be something you could have fun with and still do some upgrades if you wanted.Your car is pretty impresssive to me,but I dont think you would be losing out if you traded for this hatch.

yeah it might be the same one, blue eg from stockton.....needs exterior work but it'll be my new toy/beater....

i know i'll be losing if i straight trade him but he offered his car/oem parts/plus smogging both cars "AND" a good size of $money$

I was about to say yes, definately, but then I looked at your car....

I would look at it this way: Both cars seem very very nice, however YOU built your car. Someone else who you don't know built the hatch. You have no idea whether or not it was built correctly. You know yours is done right. I'd say if your car is reliable and you're happy with it, keep it.

EDIT: I've never heard of a high flow cat made by APEX'i...anyone have a link to more info on this part or is it not really made by them?
