How are you looking to lower your car exactly? Basically you've got two options:

A) Lowering Springs
or
B) Coilovers

Lowering springs with generally give you better ride quality, while coilovers will give you the option to adjust your height. TEIN is a VERY good brand, altho fairly expensive. Especially if you're looking at a complete suspension. Atleast a $G.

The springrates on the omni's and off the shelf ground controls suck ***.

For a dropped stance he wants neuspeed race or H&R race springs.

2.5" front, 2.25" in the rear.

It's hella low for a daily dirver and he'll have
~450 in/lbs front
~360 rear in/lbs

OTS gcs are like 300 in the front. Making for a shitty ride unless you have good shock valving, which will STILL make it a shitty ride.

i have k-sports and they are awesome it seems like alot of people have nothing but bad things to say about them but i don't have a single complaint, the adjustability is awesome, the ride is a bit harsh but that's the case with any coilovers really i mean think about it you're not putting coilovers on so it can ride like a caddy. DRFlickner on h-t classifieds gave me an awesome price on them too and they shipped out super quick.

k-sports IMHO

I too am a fan of the k-sports for the price. Something to consider.
