you can go into any gear (or nuetral) without the clutch. if ur putting it into a gear without the clutch then as long as ur rev's match then you're good 2 go

i do use the clutch all the time, i just wanted to know if it was normal for it to do this, because on my dads saab you cant go into neutral without stepping on the clutch.

there is a good reason our cars have clutches. use it. ill garuntee every time you do that you are shortening the life of the transmission, even if you dont hear a grind. dont be a dumbass.
yes its normal to be able to slip the shifter into neutral but DO NOT DO IT. use the damn clutch.
