Default Shaved/Painted Valve Cover

Just shaved my valvecover and painted it - turned out pimp! All shaving done by CNC milling machine so no stupid waves like you get when you use a grinder/sander...

If anyone wants me to do theirs pm me and I'll quote you a price, I also accept trades for cool stuff...

Oh and I'm not gonna cut off your timing belt cover, mine's only like that because that's how the valvecover was when it came on my motor...

EDIT: I can also hook up the cylinder head vent system like you see on mine, it vents crankcase pressure from the motor to reduce blow-by, increase ring sealing and give you more horsepower. Also if you burn oil this will make you burn less!

It depends what you want me to do to it, there's three steps:

- shave all lettering using CNC mill
- weld on vent fittings (only if you want to use this system, search around on honda-tech and you can find out more about it)
- paint cover

I'm not a sponsor so I can't post prices. It looks like you're a trial user so you can't use pm - why don't you call me up (951) 265-8928...

yeah I can shave the letters and paint it, but I don't know if I can do the vents I'd have to look. They have to be behind a baffle so the don't blow out oil only air - the B-series cover has a baffle in exactly the right spot but I've never looked at the underneath of a d-series cover.

Correct! Yes they run to a JAZ catch can w/breather filter...

You can run braided steel lines if you want instead of the tubing like I used.

To everyone asking about prices you need to PM me, I'm not a sponsor so I can't post prices. But don't expect it to be cheap. I do a ****** good job and you get what you pay for, if you don't like that feel free to try to do it yourself and I hope it turns out good for you...

Looks interesting. Can you show me how the 2 tubes in front hook up? Where do they go? Catch can?

One more thing, can you put the oem spark plug cover back on to see how that would look like?

in a minute I'll go outside and take a pic of the tubes and the catch can. it's hooked to a kind of ghetto looking bracket though, only temporary until I have time to fabricate a nice looking one.

I don't have an OEM spark plug cover right now - it was all scratched and faded and shitty looking. I dropped it off to my buddy who is a cnc machinist and CAD designer - he's going to make me one in billet aluminum that looks similar to this:
