Sell car as a whole or part out?? Opinions...
Alright guys the time has come that I want a new project and I think I want something thats not a honda for a little while. My dilemma is my car isnt selling like i want and I dont think it is going to anytime soon. I am thinking about parting it out and just putting a stock motor back in the car and selling it stock.. Do you guys think it would be worth my time and what exactly do you think I could get for all the stuff that I have. Here is my for sale ad on a local forum
http://www.teamlopro.com/forum...6e615
What do you guys think, hold onto the car and sell it built ORRRRRR part the car out and put it back to stock and see what I get for it that way?? Please helpp

i like that car alot, but id say if you wanna sell it. Your best bet would be to part it out. Because turbo'd cars arnt going for much more than some non turbo'd cars. It may take longer to get everything sold, but you will most likely make more cash. So you should probably just part out your engine stuff and then sell the car with a stock engine, intirior, etc....

Hmm seems like the vote is for parting it out, I have been thinking maybe to give it a month and if it doesnt sell then its all coming off and going on here for sale.

if there not on the computer already go to kinkos and have them scan them
If they are already on the computer host them on Photobucket.com they will resize them for you
Annnnnnd if there too big to host on photobucket from the get go just shrink them down a bit on MS paint

For a 2000 Civic with 62k miles on it and books for 9.5k and almost 12k in mods. For 3k more you have built motor, a nice turbo kit, nice interior mods and a nice suspension.
Its a much better deal than that motor you have in your sig in my opinion.. So wheres your car??

Where do you get 12k in mods from? Price it out...
And how do you say your y8 is better than his b18c??! You've got a boosted sohc w/ a built block and bolt-ons. He's got a completely built gsr w/ both a built block and head also not to mention all his bolt-ons.
You're barking up the wrong tree here bud.

Go to sketch/skew in MS paint and you can shrink the pictures by %
It will say 100 x 100 just put in 75 x 75 and it will give you that picture but 25% smaller
Sheesh I cant believe im explaining MS paint lol
