security kill switch
id like to install a kill switch in my eg hatch. i was searching and every one installs them to kill the fuel pump. isnt there enough residual fuel pressure + fuel to run the car for maybe half a block? thats enough to coast around the corner in my neighborhood. but if im wrong tell me cuz installing the kill switch seems easiest. What about killing the ignition? any one who has installed a kill switch shed some light on this for me. I had a dream some one stole my hatch and i felt like **** hahaha so help me sleep beter at night.

Re: security kill switch (alphalanos)
with the fuel one it will start and then die immediately. You could do one through the ignition but they are much easier to bypass than the fuel pump... if you wanted you could do both... hid the switches. search "killswitch" and youll see a thread created by me and in it, it has a perfect picture of what NOT to do with kill switches
