Secondary o2 sensor?

Secondary o2 sensor?
I just want to know does the secondary o2 sensor heater for a d16y8 has 2 wires or a four wires cause I don't see any other 4 wire except a 2 wire one. The code its throwing is 65 which is the secondary 02 sensor heater.

Its 4 wires:
(2) Black - Heater +/-
(1) Green - Ground
(1) White - Signal
If you have a CEL either your sensor is bad, or a wire got cut somewhere along the line. The o2 sensor is a resistor so the polarity of the black wires for the heater does not matter.
