secondary o2/catalytic check engine light every 100 miles or so...help!
ive got a 98 civic that keeps throwing a check engine light saying its too rich at the cat, everything is stock except for an aftermarket header and air intake, other than that, everything is oem. cars got about 116k miles.
i just had a new highflow cat installed. replaced both primary and secondary o2 sensors with bosch originals, did a new cap, rotor, wires, and iridium plugs. ran a few fuel injector cleaners. and still, pops up the check engine light randomly within 100 miles..
the car is a company car that does nothing but drive around the city all day making house calls. there is nothing strenuous or racing about the daily driving conditions, other than sitting in bumper to bumper traffic.
i need the expertise and wisdom of this forum, im at my wits end.
