What seat's will directly bolt into a 00 si. Leather gsr's?

No you'll have to swap the inner rails.

or rock 3 bolts thats what i did cause i didnt have stock seats to get rails from

Driving around with only 3 bolts is not only stupid/lazy but also dangerous. Lets say you get into an accident, passenger gets killed and after some investigation, they find out only 3 out of the 4 bolts were bolted down. You can get into a lot of serious trouble....Just swap the inner rails, it's a lot safer and its very assuring that your seat is bolted down tight like a virgin.
