seat back lever (driver's side)
This is pretty straight forward, I have a 95 EX coupe, the lever that moves the seat up (so somebody can get into the back seat) simply isn't there.....now some dick told me that it's supposed to be that way, that there's only a lever on the passenger side, now all the cars I've owned were two doors (with the exception of the benz), and they all had a lever so somebody could get into the back on BOTH sides...anybody wanna clarify this for me??

he's by far not my friend, notice how I referred to him as "some dick"
I had a feeling he was lying, because it just doesn't make any ******* sense, I just wanted to clarify as this is the first honda I've ever owned, so I g2 go buy a new lever, anybody else have any other imput (I'm assuming djsire's post meant that it does).... I think it does...anybody else have any $0.02 for me?

ummmm my 99 civic si only has it on the passenger side and so does my friends 99 ex and 98 ex.
Passengers are not supposed to get in on the drivers side. It would cause the driver to have to readjust his seat everytime someone gets in on that side. They get in on the passenger side because the passenger doesnt have to set up there seat like a driver does.

My 98 hatch has none on the drivers side.
My old VW had it but it was super cool cause the seat would just fall in the exact same spot as before, no adjusting needed. I wish honda would copy that idea.

yeah, same w/ my GTI, the seat jacks up though, creates a madddd big opening
But still, my probe, my GTI, even the damn camaro, they all had it on the driver's side, but all of them 'cept the GTI just moved the seat back forward (they didn't slide the whole seat forward), but when you put it back, it went back to exactly where it was....
