Default scraping lip!?!?

I just got my real spoon lip for my eg hatch so I've been driving really cautiously, my car isn't dumped or slammmed but is lowere closing the wheel gaps and I scrape the bottom still. Is everyone else scraping the bottom of their lips too?

there is no way to preventing scraping... go over speedbumps/curbs at an angle and you should be fine...

Ya I angle, the only part that scrapes is on the bottom anyways but still annoying cause I know its there. I guess that's why people buy poly lips lol

If you're low enough you're going to scrape. Lips, mudguards, exhaust.

Of course entrances to businesses and driveways and speedbumps will be the enemy (two first being the worst usually).

If you don't want it to happen, raise the car up some or remove the lip.

One of the benefits for not being too low. I have a huge front lip and it rarely scrapes.

My car isn't even that low I'm not tucking anything and still have a gap, but I guess there isn't a way to avoid it. You're going to scrape either way and thankfully its not shown

Yeah, I have gap too. I don't usually scrape, but it can happen if I'm not super careful in some places.

Your scraping, because that lip is fat. Learn how to angle and drive with it.

yea the spoon lip hangs LOW. either raise up your car or get used to the sound of it scraping on everything

Raise your car or deal with it and eventually your lip will look like mine..
