Scion moter in HOnda?

how difficult do you think it would be to put a scion tc engine motor into my 2000 honda civic si? would there be a lot of fabrication and would i have to use the ecu and all other electrical components?

and why would you do that? i would suspect that the si motor is better then the scion tc motor...
