You need a speedohealer from MotoWorks.
You need a conversion kit (I forget the website off hand) for the temperature gauge.
You need to figure out what wires connect to what.
Then, install. I did it myself on a 99 Civic and it wasn't too bad.

You need:

Pigtails
ECT converter from modifry
Speedo Healer v4.0 universal.
I have contributed to the s2k clusters with around 30 installs.
Heatshrink and solder is your friend.
The conversion harness is optional, and will bump the cost another 250.
