Default running rich with stock fuel system... little help please!! :)

Here's the setup...

2000 Civic Si b16a2
UR Clutch
Apex n1 muffler w/ 2.5" piping

Now, my problem is, i am getting AWFUL AWFUL gas mileage... like 200 miles to a tank, and my friend tells me that when he is behind me, and i lay into it, he can smell the fuel badly... Any ideas? I was told possibly a cracked diaphragm in the FPR, but i pulled the vaccuum line off, and no fuel was spraying back into the intake, so its not that... I was thinkin maybe o2 sensors... any ideas? I haven't had a chance to look at the voltages on the snap-on scanner yet... i planned on that this weekend...

Also, i have a jerk problem... When i get on the gas sometimes, i get a jerk takeoff, not a smooth on throttle transition... and i get the same thing when i go off throttle, i get a bog jerk... I notice it doesn't do it before the car is up to temp though... Suggestions on that?

sounds like it could be some misfires. try changing your plugs/wires. I would expect you would notice it more if it was that bad though.

I had the same problems with my 99 si. The dealer replaced the o2's under warranty.
