Default Running lights dont work-- its not a fuse either??? WTF is going on

Okay, this is obviously my last resort cause i know I will get flamed for such a stupid question-- but I dont know what to do. It started when I was wiring up my sidemarker lights, I spliced into the ground and parking light wire going to the front turn signals and ran the wires back a few feet to where the sidemarkers go. I twisted the 2 wires with the pigtail (also 2 wires) of the sidemarker and turned on the parking lights and everything worked fine, the sidemarker came on and so did the running lights (front turn signals).

Heres what went wrong im sure- I untwisted the wires from each other and my stupid *** just let go of the 2 wires I ran and they touched of course, and the running lights havent worked since then. I figured oh well, I just blew a fuse- nope, Ive checked every fuse over and over, with a multimeter and by eye. There is a runnung light fuse(10amp) and running light relay fuse(7.5 amp) under the dash, and they were both good, I even put in bigger fuses there and still nothing. My turn signals work, hazards and brake lights all work, but no front parking lights or taillights when my head or parking lights are on.

I am really starting to get mad cause I cant drive at night, plus I have to drive my car 6 hours this weekend to go help a friend with something. Does anyone have any idea, what else could it be other than a fuse. Did I burn up a wire or something. Its not the bulbs, I checked and theyre getting no power at all. Please help me
Sorry for the long story but I just wanted it to be very clear to everyone.

I must have missed a fuse when I was checking them all under the dash. It was the fuse for the tail lights for some reason??? Just a little 7.5 amp hidden up in the corner. Oh well Im happy now.
