Default Running to Lean then to Rich Need Help?

I'm running bout 5 psi and on certain days my car will run fine but some times it would run Lean mostly during the morning and at night but it will always run either rich or stoich in the afternoon and some times at night also. Can anyone help me?

What are you using to see if your running rich or lean? I hope it's not one of those autometer AF gauges hooked up to a narrow band.

I'm using a ACT air and fuel ratio gaug right now but I plan on changing later on.
