rsx type s and 96-ej8 stock muffer swap

can you use a rsx type s stock muffer and swap it out into a 96 ej8 ex 2 dr
will it fit???????????????????

its not going to be bolt on but with a little welding it'll work. my roomate welded a 02 rsx-s muffler to his ej1 and it look/sounded decent.
