Default RPM's jumping

GSR motor. Suddenly car started jumping RPM's. When i firs start it, the RPM will go to about 4000rpm. Then when its at idle it will go up and down from 2-4000.

Cleaned the IACV. Unplugged it while the car is running and it wants to die so I think that's a sign that it works.

Any Ideas?

Tested TPS today an it came back @ .55v-.56V Sprayed carb cleaner around the TB and the IM gaskets and no change in the revs.

hmm. Didn't think to check that. Thought that would cause misfires or low idles. Not erratic idling. Guess I can go check it. How to I test the Dizzy?

Mine does the same thing, I made a block off for the IACV outa a thin piece of sheet metal that just goes between the sensor and IM. Idle stays at around 1k now.

So why not just replace the iacv? Is that what is wrong with yours.

And yea I will test for spark.
