Default Rpm drop

My car runs fine when I first start it and drive but if I shut it off and restart when the engine is still warm it acts weird. If I hold down the gas at say 3000 rpm it'll just drop fast to idle then climb back up and repeat till I let go of the gas. It idles fine and there are no codes. If I'm driving and I let off the throttle and get back on it'll take a second to react. When I just put a little gas in say a parking lot it sometimes wants to jerk around like someone that is stepping on the gas then letting go quickly. If I turn the car off then restart it usually goes away. Any clues on what may be the problem or what I should check.

TIA

Read carefully..
His car idles fine. IACVs only cause idle problems...Not on-throttle problems.

Anyway, you're not throwing any CEL codes? Hm...
Check your TPS anyway? Maybe it just needs to be re-calibrated...
