rotor removal off of distributor HELP

rotor removal off of distributor HELP
How do you remove the rotor off he cap to replace it. ive looked and tried but do not want to break it, am also not the most knowledgeable with these things. All help will be very appreciated

there is a screw holding the rotor.
you have to turn or crank the engine until you see the opening to put the screwdriver
