Roll Bar - Installed.
Well its in, took all day, but we did it.
We welded the rear points in, adding 2 extra beams for support. Welded those to the main frame of the car.
The other two front points are bolted in.
The seats fit, barely but it's a super tight squeeze.
It clears the targa by about 2-3 mm. Perfect fit.
The supports we added have a pre drilled hole for the harnesses when they come in, we decided to do a 3 pt sparco Y harness.
Easier install.
Next is to cover up the ugly underside of the car.
Tons of pics on the link below.
oh ya...i really couldn't test out the stiffness of it, but it really stiffened the chassis A LOT!
i could tell just by driving it home in the rain that the body hardly flexes in that area of the car....
My head isn't even close to hitting the bar...so no worries there.
will test drive when it's dry.
We also cut the brackets on my seats to lower them about an inch. and at the same time. My car was Micro Sealed...

my interior is basically everything proof now.
Will have the bar wrapped with padding and have that padding covered in suede.
FYI, cusco 4pt roll bar.
EDIT: sorry about the fisheye, i'm still trying to figure it out, sometimes it focus', sometimes it doesn't. So bare with those pics

move your seat forward, you don`t wanna hit your head on that biatch in an accident. If you can`t, remove it asap.
