Rim and tire question...lowered with 15's ok?
I'm looking to put some konig's or some drag's on my 99 ex. It's lowered almost 2.5 inches. I have some 17" racing harts right now, but I'm thinking about going to some 15's for a more jdm look. What I'm really concerned with is the tire size and sidewall ratio...I was thinking 205/50/15 but I don't know if I'll run into rubbing issues. Should I find some lower profiles like 45's? I'm not too keen on 195's if they'll look all wierd...let me know...I will probably be ordering tonight...

whats the wheel width you are trying to run?
195 should look pretty beefy on your average 6.5inch wide wheels. you shouldnt expereience rubbing issues with taht drop and those tires.
theres also other things to consider like spring rates and stuff

if you want your tire size to stay close to stock so your spedo wont be way off and you wont rub get a 195/50r15. the 205/50r15 would also be a good choice, however the diameter is larger and your speedo will be off more and there will be more of a chance for rubbing. if your getting a 6.5 inch whell 195 will be perfect, a 7 inch wide i would go 205, before you get ny of this also consider what tires companies offer in these sizes bc if your concerened about traction its not always true that a wider tire offers better traction
