Rides like a dream.
I've had my civic for about 3 years now and when I bought it the car was bone stock with a few acessories (clock and mudguards), and those crappy 13 inch wheels. So from there I upgraded to 15 inch wheels from an 04 civic with Firestone Fr690 tires. And the car rode like a Caddy. The ride was so quiet I could hear the air flowing off of the spoiler.
But then I hit the ricer phase... For about a year I had 17 inch wheels with Kuhmo low profile tires, and for about 4 months on top of that I had Arospeed coilovers. Can someone say M1A1 ride?
So after I grew out of it I put my stock springs back in with the 17's. It rode a lot better but some of the roughness was still there (not to mention road noise).
So last week I finally replaced the 17's and put the 15's back on (new ones). And the car has once again regained it's caddy like ride. Also gas mileage has gone up too (getting about 33MPG now)
So why am I wasting your time?
If you have the stock 13's still your car can do a lot better with bigger wheels and tires. In gas mileage, road noise, and handling.
If you can deal with rubbing on a full lock turn and your speedo being 4 mph off it's a great upgrade. I did it for $300.

Wow, 4 mph from going 13's to 15's? I do that during the summer (put on my 15's and summer tires), and my speedo is almost dead on. I only have to add like 1 mph when I hit 60-65. Maybe you should look into getting a different tire size.
