rhd eg wiring help needed
quick question guys and gals, I've got a rhd eg hatch and the driver side shock tower harness is removed. This car is equipped with abs so i know that those plugs are the orange ones of course. My question is where can I find a diagram for the rest of the harness? i've been searching for hours now and cant find anything on it. I am not sure if the wire colors will be the same as a US car since it has factory fogs, and different style headlight bulbs plus side markers etc... If anyone could point me in a direction I would appreciate it. In the mean time I will continue my search. Thanks

Re: rhd eg wiring help needed
I am going to delete the abs unit then tuck the remaining wires but i want to label everything so I can make some decisions on how I want to go about this. There appears to be some different and extra plugs that the US cars do not have. I have been reading on some US diagrams but I can not seem to match any of the wire colors to my harness. There are several write up's on wire tucks but I do not see anything with ones that have abs nor rhd

I know the large 14 pin goes to the harness of course but i'm trying to also see if i can get a pinout but thats where i'm having problems. I did find one that was close to mine but about 4 of the wire colors were different

First pic=horn
2nd pic=fan
3rd pic=not sure don't think you need it.
4th pic= windshield washer pump
5th pic= grounds
6th pic=brake light switch in master cylinder
7th pic= two wire plug is distributor power and starter wire. The other plug has stuff for the gauge cluster along with power and ground wires.

IMO, it's a shame you're molesting an RHD hatch in such a way.
Can confirm that 3rd pic is fog light wire. 4th likely not ww pump since that is on the other side of car. Maybe turn signal but can't think of where at the moment.

Last pic isn't distributor, wiring colors and gauge are all wrong. Your best bet is to find a manual online, I could be wrong but the colors of LHD and RHD should be the same. If not find an Aussie manual.

Re: rhd eg wiring help needed
I've debated on it for months but I just decided to go ahead and do it. I actually tried to sell the car a few times so someone could do it how they wanted but since everyone wants me to give it away so they can say they bought a rhd for cheap I decided to keep it and just set it up however I wanted. I got tired of being lowballed and disrespected. I have a plan that will actually not cut up the harness like most people think so I'm just going to go with it.

Op's last pic should be this, the driver side shock tower plugs. Has the distributor, starter and cluster wiring plus more.
The ww pump is part of the headlight harness on the drivers side.
