D16y8 in 89 Si hatch running P28
Have a dramitic change in fuel consumption, from 300 miles on a tank around town to about 180 on a tank around town....and no, my driving habit didn't change.
Fuel pressure readings are:
32 PSI at idle
44 PSI at idle and fuel pressure regulator vacuum line unplugged.
This seems good to me, how about you?

wow...that's kinda low for a SOHC motor...did you get new plugs, wires, etc. before you did the swap?! Kinda odd to be getting 180 around town...but what's your driving habit like anyways?! Heavy foot?
