Default Which replacement wheel bearing?

Took the hubs off my 97 Ex Civic to put extended wheel studs in and I have to replace my wheel bearings now since I took them apart. I am looking online and I see a wide range of price for wheel bearings.

They are as cheap as $23:

$40ish range

And upward from there, oem is like $75 if I recall, I get a discount on wheel bearings since I work for Acura.

So would there be much problem running the $22 wheel bearings? They must be built to some specifications and hold up for them to be sold...
