removing steering wheel

removing steering wheel
does anyone know how to remove the steering wheel properly without deploying the airbag and making sure it still works after i reconnect everything?

dont think you can deploy the airbag unless you trigger the sensor.. btw the airbag only deploys when the car is at a certain speed.. if you really want to make sure.. just unplug the -ve terminal of the battery..
.. to the best of my knowledge.. the airbag is only a 'plug and play'.. you can plug in the wires and the airbag should work again.. as long as the SRS light isn't on when you are driving..

not entirely true, the airbag can deploy at a standstill. if you are at a red light and someone plows into your back at 60mph your airbags better deploy

well first of all disconnect the battery and then disconnect the air bag computer then just remove it and install is reverse order
