removing rotors on civic integra???

how do you get those two phillips head screws out? i used an *** load of pb blaster and the right sized screw driver but they still dont wanna turn....i feel like if i turn any harder they are gonna strip.....whats the best solution?

drill them out if there is no luck, you dont nead them

You can use a impact driver and hit it with a hammer to force it to turn. Or you can drill a slot on it enough to use a flathead screw driver. Impact driver is the best way.
