Default removing front lower control arm

I am about to kick off this project and was wondering what way is easiest to remove the control arm? I know that 16 and 21 will need to be removed but should I just remove #22 or unbolt the 3 bolts from #9?

Unless you have to replace the bushing inside 9 just remove nut #22
