Removing front bezel
My four front door speakers arent working for some reason in my 97 civic. I was told that maybe a wire is loose coming from the back of the stereo. The only problem is I have no idea on how to remove the platic thingg with the emergency light switch and the rear window defroster buttons. I need someone to help me out so i don't break ****. Thanks

Re: Removing front bezel (lambovic)
You don't have to, just pop off the ashtray (use a micro flathead) and you can slide the radio on out.
If you have an aftermarket one - most aftermarket "cases" have 2 slider pins that go into the sides once you pop the outer bezel off and push tabs in so you can pull it out.
Also check your connections at the speaker - I'd be pretty damn surprised if it was a loose wire coming out of the head unit - but a loose wire where it connects to the speaker or a bad speaker is a lot more likely.
