Default How to Take Off 97 EK Side Mirrors?

I bought CTR mirrors and I'm gonna install them tomorrow. I need to take off my OEM side mirrors but I haven't really looked at them yet. Anyone willing to provide some info so I'll know beforehand exactly how to take them off tomorrow?

you have to take your door panels off to make the installation easier....

theres only 3 nuts u have to take off behind the cover by the mirror adjuster

it would be a lot easier to take the door panels off and then there will be 3 nuts you need to take off

you dont have to take off your door panel to change your mirrors, I put my spoon mirrors on with the door panels still on the car. just get a small flat blade and pop off the backing plate behind the mirror and remove the 3 10mm bolts that hold on your mirror

no need to take the door panels off. Just pop off those black covers behind the mirror

yea but its a bitch sometimes because of the adjusting handle is in the way and u end up making indentations in your door panels. if you want your car to be a showy car then you should take it off or else you'll make marks on the panel
