ref???? help
Might be a dumn question, but. What exactly are the rules of ref.. or what should I work on . I have an appoiment for ref on one of ma cars(07 scion tc) for loud exaust, and. I'm building my first Honda a cx with a b16a, I live. In cali so laws here are kinda dumn but ohwell , any help ,thanks .. btw I love ma Eg
