recovering door panels

recovering door panels
i bought some door panels a while back for my cx. ive searched on here and found how to recover them but the pictures are archived so i can not see how to recover them. i was wondering if any of you know a link that can show me how to do this any help would be appreciated.

Take off window crank...Take out compartment in middle of door...Slide the plastic piece around the lock...Start pulling away slowly from one side...

ive noticed on some other websites that say you have to cut some plastic piece on the part that holds the fabric down and buy washers to reassemble it. whats the best fabric that people have used?
