Reconnecting Heater Core Hoses
Does anyone have a diagram, or could someone take a picture of the heater core outlets in the engine bay an where the hoses connect to..?? My haynes doesn't show where the 2 nozzles connected to the firewall goto, and I disconnected mine while diagnosing my overheating problem. Thanks..

Re: Reconnecting Heater Core Hoses
ok so if someone just could take a look i'd appreciate it but this is how i have it figured out...
the upper heater core hose goes to the head right under the dizzy.
the lower heater core hose connects to the left nozzle on the firewall.
the right nozzle on the firewalls hose connects to the thermostat housing.
the nozzle right next to the thermostat housings hose connects the back of the head below the vtec solenoid.
I hope this is right, seems to be the only way the hoses well go. Again, I bypassed my heater core while troubleshooting an air leak into my coolant and it's been so long that I've had it completely bypassed, but we're coming into winter an it's gonna start gettin pretty chilly and I need my heater haha. Thanks in advance.

Re: Reconnecting Heater Core Hoses
You've got me a little confused.
(Standing in front of the car, facing the firewall)
The left heater core hose (from the firewall) goes to the head under the dizzy.
The right heater core hose (from the firewall) goes the the t-stat housing (right next to the coolant temp sensor).
Right next to that ^^ there is a U shaped hose that goes from the T-stat housing to the intake manifold (next to the runner for cyl #4).
This is how it is for my B16A and D16Y7. If you still have the D15B, there is a small chance it could be different, but I doubt it.

the right one connects to the left side of the t-stat housing and that U-shaped one connects to the right of the one hose and goes to the IM, right..??
preciate it my brotha..
