Recommend a shop in Socal for engine swap
I am looking into swapping out my d16 (256,000 miles), and get a b18c5. Any one have a good experience or shop they recommend and trust? In socal. I've been out of the car mod industry for a few years.

whitefield racing is ok if you like the "start up" warranty they offer plus back in the days when jason owned rage he ripped of my homie saying he put in an act clutch when we pulle it out it was a stock clutch......... as for lab junkies i remember reading on craigslist some one posted an add about the lab working on your cars and making copies of your keys to steal the motor back but i never seen **** go down personally with them

never had problem with lab junkies, doing business with them if great.. one shop to another... i order a type r conversion from them, it was missing the LIP, call them back up and told them, bought me an OEM type R lip shipped to my shop... same thing with their turbo kit, if i was ever missing anything i would tell them and they will just send it to me...

might be kinda far depending on where you're at but Joe at Eastside Muffler in Palmdale does awesome work. might be a bit pricey but it's worth it. he did a clean job on my car and a few of my friends' cars. no ghetto wiring or mickey mouse ****. they are some cool guys and i've never had problems with them or heard of anybody having problems with them.
