I search any informations about that rear Window Spoiler... It´s that an genuine Honda part ? Have anyone a oem partnumber of this part or shop who i can by it?

It's not OEM. Theres some on eBay every once in a while, all of them held on with 3M double sided automotive tape. There's also some company called EGR that makes some that are held on with both brackets and 3M tape, but they're rare and quite expensive.
