A rear strutbar will decrease understeer a little bit, since the back will be hardend the same as the front already is. If you dont have a aftermarket set of dampers & springs or coilover kit, I'd go that route first.. stock suspension isnt all that good and isnt meant for much higher HP then stock Honda.
If you do have underdrive pulleys and a camgear I take it you have a aftermarket camshaft.. or else the camgear was a complete waste of money, since it doesnt actually do anything but look pretty. If you do, then I'd say, proper tuning on the CAM with a S-AFC or in case of a VTEC engine V-AFC (which is your electrical circuit ECU stuff).
If you dont know what those things mean or have the slightest idea how you should install or operate those I'd like to suggest to goto the nearest H-T reputable tuningshop and listen carefully to what they have to say.

There was a thread a month or so back that said the rear strut bar doesnt do **** but the front does. I forget the title, I'm sure you can find it if you try.

What do you want to upgrade? Suspension? Powertrain? Electrical? Suspension wise, I would say get some coil overs with adjustable shocks and front and rear swaybars (they make a BIG difference).
Powertrain.....well since you dont have the money for FI right now, you cant do much.
Electrical, a nice ground kit maybe.
My suggestion would to get your suspension all done and out of the way and then start saving up for a turbo.

Sometimes no name brands do the same job as big name brands. Of course im strictly talking about strut bars. Some companies copy older versions of the bigger companies and sell them for a cheaper price. But its your car, waste your money how you want. Good luck!

From what I hear they do. When I finally get to doing that I'm just gonna make one.

man, seriously...no type of bars on a nearly stock car will give you **** of a difference, so whether its 20 bucks or 200, like someone else said, its gonna be a waste of money, unless you plan on taking local street corners at 80mph ofcourse. save your money for better stuff, like a swap or something. also, i dont know how worth it its gonna be to invest money trying to make an hx fast. you might wanna look into that, its main goal was to be an economy motor, dont forget. however whatever you do...dont let go of those hx wheels, unless you already have...you might regret it later. then again, this might all sound like crap to you, but hey, we all got our opinions. either way, hxs are dope cars, next best thing to an ex if ur planning on autocrossing...no sunroof... ohh...and if you want real bars if any...look into a brand called BENEN... mean *** rear tie bar. PROGRESS makes a pretty sick rear sway bar as well.

Re: REAR UPPER STRUT BAR (AZNBIGPIMPN505)
it's an hx...either get a swap, or just do suspension and not touch the engine.
It's a great engine for gas economy and that's about it. you can get a b16 swap for cheap (less than $2000) labor included. My advice would be to get a good suspension (coils/struts/front upper strut/wheels/tires/brakes). That would be it, it'll be more fun to drive, then if you want more power go for a swap with/without FI.

Re: REAR UPPER STRUT BAR (AZNBIGPIMPN505)
yeah ill totally agree with Sijray, either swap or real nice bolt one. all ur standard bolt ons will all contribute to a little more juice than the car would normally have...suspension, exhaust, intake, header, ecu maybe...if you really want juice, you can always live a little risky and roll a bottle in the back, point being, if youre gonna put all this stuff into the car, might as well put the money in a swap. no matter how you look at it, its kinda gonna add up the same in the end.
