Anyone know since i got rear ended when i take it to the shop will they put in the same tail lights a the ones on a civic ex also will the emblomes be on the trunk? couple dumb questions but friend dosent believe me.

if they werent damaged the wont replace them. if they are the will replace them with what came off the car.

well i have the emblomes off on th trunk that got damaged and they have to put a new trunk on i was just curious if they get a new trunk with embloms on it and the lights were the si lights and i have a ex i think they are bothe same?

96-98 & 99-00 will both fit.
leave it without the emblems

the ex's come stock with the half red half white tail lights rigght

it depends on the year..
96-98 is red/clear/amber.

99-00 is red/clear.

Make sure they use OEM only parts. By law, you are entitled to ask for OEM only.

Fake tail lights tend to fade over time.

the ex and si tail lights are exactly the same.

if your trunk had saved elemblems and it had to be replaced the shop needs to put a new trunk w/ shaved moldings.... the tail lights should be replaced with oem parts.
