Default Rear Emblem

Well after a couple years of having a tilted fake carbon fiber rear "H" emblem I decided to remove it and replace it with a stock "H". Now, I thought the old one was held in like the stock one and knocked out the 2 blue things inside the holes in the trunk. (This is really hard to describe)

I have a spare trunk laying around that has the blue pieces and I want to transfer them over to the trunk on my car. My question is, is there any easy way to get them out of the old trunk without breaking them?
